Im Simon, I have been a personal trainer for more than 20 years and I run 3 Gyms.
With over 20 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients — from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. My passion is helping people unlock their potential, whether that’s losing fat, building muscle, or preparing for fitness events.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients in challenges like weight loss, building muscle, photo shoots, Hyrox, running races, and other endurance and strength events. Every journey is different, and I pride myself on tailoring my coaching to suit each person’s goals, lifestyle, and abilities.
For me, fitness isn’t just about sets and reps — it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a healthier relationship with your body. My mission is simple: to guide, motivate, and support you in becoming the best version of yourself.
