Not necessarily. Programmes are tailored to whatever equipment you have — home gym, commercial gym, or even bodyweight only. We'll build around your situation.
Most clients notice a difference within 2–4 weeks. Significant body composition changes typically show by weeks 8–12. Results depend on consistency, but the programme is built to maximise your progress rate.
Yes. If you already train, your programme will be built to complement what you enjoy while optimising it for your goals. Nothing starts from scratch unnecessarily.
We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Real, sustainable results take time and we want to make sure you have enough runway to see meaningful change before evaluating. Monthly billing starts after the first payment.
